We’ve had an interesting start to the Australia Day weekend, as the A/C at our place in Bruce packed it in on Monday afternoon, earlier this week. It took the real estate people four days (being pestered by Toni each day) to log a job with the air conditioning people.
We’ll be without any air conditioning (sans the unit my folks lent us – many thanks) until at least Tuesday morning (when the job is booked for). Thanks, property managers, great job you’re not doing there.
Anyway, we rotated Jake’s baby seat around to be front facing today (photo above) and he seems to be getting a real kick out of it. The second photo is our little boy multi-tasking in the TV area.
All-in-all, a nice start to the long weekend. Tomorrow we’re going 10-pin bowling. I just hope the service at AMF Belconnen has improved since our last outing there. Last year they tried to have 15 people bowl on two lanes (insane) – it took more than three hours to bowl two games each.
