Venturing to Metro

Posted On By Rob

About two months ago we visited the massive new Metro store on north (north!) Moganshan rd – about 8 or so kilometres from where we live.

If you’ve ever been to a Costco then you probably can imagine the size and volume of stuff they sell at these warehouse type places.  It’s a massive place, and has just about everything (including some great western foods).

We had a look at bench top ovens (no idea how we would get one home) as well as browsing through the very large wine section.  The food/produce goods were in massive rows of shelves, and the non-food items were laid out well and they had just about anything you could think of – from furniture to industrial equipment (in particular.. coffee machines!).

Interestingly enough, I never got around to posting the pictures, so here goes!
